750 mL bottle. Pours a clear, golden color, with a big, fizzy, off-white head. The aroma is orange peel, lemon juice, nutmeg, dusty books, and honey. Not too sweet, mildly tart, and a touch bitter. Light body, sharp, and acidic. Easy, complex, and nicely balanced.

Taste at the Weldwerks Invitational, 2025. Pours black, with a small, tan head. The nose is sherry, chocolate, oak, black bread, and cloves. Sweet and boozy. Heavy, sticky, and grainy. Big, barrel-centric, and delicious.
