On tap at Calusa, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a tiny beige head. Aroma is dominated by the coffee beans upfront, backed by rich caramel malt, bourbon, vanilla beans, and toasted oak. Flavour is rich and complex, with huge coffee notes, balanced by a complex caramel malt backbone, vanilla beans, bourbon and oak. Damn, this is complex and refined. Elegantly designed in every way. Wonderful.

On tap at Calusa, pours black with the slightest mahogany tinge and a small tan head. Aroma is complex and big, with huge roasted malt, massive bourbon barrels, dark sugars (almost burnt), and molasses. Flavour follows as expected, with rich caramel malt, roasted malt, big bourbon barrel presence, lots of oak, and dark dried fruits. Huge complexity and remarkable balance for such a heavy-hitter. Not too brutal and definitely not too sweet. Fantastic stuff.

On tap at Calusa, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of tropical melony hops, some pine, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is vibrant, with lots of melon-forward piney hops from the Mosaic, backed with a crisp, grainy, biscuity malt base. Clean, well-hopped and well-balanced. Excellent.

On tap at Calusa, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has a decent spicy grassy hop character, light straw, and biscuity malt. Flavour is bitingly bitter, with lots of spicy grassy hops — that's a nice Saaz expression — with crisp crackery malt base. They sure didn't skimp on hops here. Biting, bitter, and crisp. Excellent.
