On tap at the brewery. There is no Dutch Pale Ale style, so this will have to suffice. Haha. Pours a copper orange color with a small white head. A sweet banana and clove nose, some oranges. Light citrus notes, no bitterness, banana spicy yeast. Clean and flavorful.

On tap at the brewery. This is probably my favorite kind of Saison- a big fruity hoppy version. Pours a clear yellow color with a large white head. A big fruity citrus nose, lemon and orange, earthy malt. The flavor is light toast, citrus, robust sweet fruit, mellow overall. A soft palate. Very damn drinkable. Lovely.

On tap at the brewery. This Sebastian is a base beer, and there should be other variants of it forthcoming. Pours a cloudy orange color with a small white head. A light sweet fruity nose, clearly rhubarb when you think of it, toast. A light earthy toasted malt base, sweet smooth rhubarb, some spicy yeast. Quite clean and light. Good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark murky brown color with a soft white head. A big nose of chocolate, yeast, nutty notes. The flavor is ash, dark fruit, some sweeter fruit trying to get in, dark caramel and chocolate, dusty yeasty elements. Very big spicy elements. Quite good, clean and flavorful.
