750ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden colour with average, frothy, rapidly diminishing, white head. Funky and fruity, slightly vinous fruity aroma, notes of white and blue grapes, peach and apricot, some cherry, orange, orange peel, mild brett. Taste is sweet-and-sour, fruity, funky, juicy and vinous fruity, notes of grapes, grape juice, peach and apricot, some cherry, orange, orange peel, grapefruit, mild brett, some grape sugar, peppery spicy yeasty overtones; dry, minimally bitter, zesty finish. Minimally oily, watery texture, minimally astringent, minimally cloying palate, fine prickly carbonation. Extremely fruity, superbly balanced, very harmonious, neither too sour nor too funky - excellent!
