Draft at 6% ABV. A hazy yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of lemons and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lemons, hops, and fresh cut grass, leading to a softly bitter finish.

On tap at the brewpub, 100ml glass from a sample tray. Amber coloured body with a ruby shade. Fruity hops and caramel sweetness to the nose. Flavoured with dark and dried fruits, as well as wood and cellar-like tasting notes. Dry bitter ending with noticeable alcohol. Medium bodied. Satisfying (Copenhagen, 22.03.2013).

100ml, 6% abv, poured from tap into a sample glass at the brewpub. Thin ring of bubbles at the surface of a hazy golden body. Sweat hoppy nose. Sweat-like hoppy taste, some fresh fruits and citrus shells. Plan bitter endnotes. Rather unvaried, but ok to drink (Copenhagen, 22.03.2013).

Draught at the brewpub, 100ml glass from a sample tray. Deep mahogany coloured body under a bright, naked surface. The smell consists of roasted and semi-sweet malts. The taste profile is made up by earthy malts and charcoal. Malty ending with a hint of bitter liquorice. Medium bodied. Not bad at all (Copenhagen, 22.03.2013).

100ml on tap at the brewpub. Filmy white layer, next to clear amber coloured body. Smoked aroma in the direction of sausages. Similar taste of sausages and campfire mixed with mid-sweet malts. Dry, short-lived ending. Thin to medium bodied. Quite alright for the smoked style, easy to drink (Copenhagen, 22.03.2013).

100ml taster from tap, 5.3 % abv, nicely served in a sample glass at the brewpub. Just one patch on the surface of a slightly hazy, amber coloured body. Good amount of lacework down the little glass. Smell of bready malts and grassy hosp. Malty taste with caramel followed by mild dark fruits, lightly spiced. Bittersweet endnotes. Clean and soft in the mouth. Satisfying. (my rating no. 6000) (Copenhagen, 22.03.2013).
