Description
Flying Couch Brewing was founded in 2011 as a gipsy brewery and has since 2015 changed to a physical self-owned brewery located in the northwestern part of Copenhagen.

The beer is mainly found in the Copenhagen area but is also distributed by Det Belgiske Hus to the rest of Denmark.

Export occurs occasionally and includes Spain, Sweden (Elixir & Wine), Norway, Finland, Austria, the UK, The Netherlands and more.

Can 33 cl. Cloudy, opaque, orangey golden with a small, rough, off-white head. Faint, citrusy aroma. Rich, sweet, tropical fruitiness - almost a little syrupy. Some warming alcohol in te finish. 231024

Can. A golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, pine, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, citrus fruits, pine, spices, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen (11/10/2024) - Dark roasted and sweet malty with notes of cocoa and singed brown sugar, dark caramel and toffee like sweetness, medium body, light ashy roasted dark malty finish. Solid porter.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Hazy orange colour witha mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is floral, fruity, nectary and some mild toffee tones with a bit tropical fruits too. Flavour is floral, fruity, some mild nectary tones with some slight citrusy elements.

Can at Bastard Cafe Valby 28/09/2024 fruity with a nice hop bill delivering a cross section of tropical and citrus fruit, notes of red grapefruit, melon, talus herbal floral woody edge and a splash of lemon, sweetish pale malts, hoppy close. Nice.

Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen 28/09/2024 Red grapefruit and tangerine, juicy mango flesh, strata berry notes, malty support with nice substantial mouthfeel, hop spice bite into the bitter hoppy finish. Nice one.
