Bottle from the brewery webshop. Hazy chestnut with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma with toffee, biscuit and roasted nuts, along with dates and a touch of black pepper. Sweet malty flavour with fruity and peppery notes. Warm alcohol and sherry-like depth of flavour.

Dark brown, thick and lasting beige head. Wood, dried fruit, caramel aroma, paper glue. Malty, caramely flavour with more wood and dried fruit, something like Christmas spices, light solvent, warming alcohol and a little licorice in the finish.

Draft. A dark amber beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of liquorice, star anise, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of liquorice, star anise, caramel, cloves, and malt, leading to a dry spicy finish.

Dark brown with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of fresh oak, dark sugar, toffee, warm alcohol and spice. Sweet, malty flavour with hint of roasted malt and dark sugar, some spice, and tannins from the oak. A huge beer.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Ambery brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is toffee, some mild caramel and biscuity tones with a bit nutty and some floral and wooden tones too. Flavour is floral, some toasted, nutty and mild coffeeish tones with some mild bitterness.

Flarra på stor ölprovning med sommelieren efter ätigt bållågnese. Här har vi fin doft av lagrad sprit. Klunkar och tydlig kakao och bakomliggande wirre känns. Torr i munnen. och efter en stund känns det inte är bourbon wirre utan annan wirre 😌. Ja god rackare . Men bourbon fat hade lyft ölen samt den är lite väl torr . Ja jo finns lite vanilj där också
