750mL bottled 8/1/17, drunk 7/11/24. Clear peach. No head. Oaky, lots of fresh apricot yet. Lots of lactic acidity, light acetic, low Brett. Do love that fruit. Not a super strong yeast signature. Lactic in the mouth but with tons of apricot. Heavy lactic, low acetic, very low Brett. Good body with a nice oak tannin structure. Sourness is incredibly high still. Never softened, but that fruit is still phenomenal.

10/22/20 bottle. Pours a hazy yellow gold with small white head. The aroma is grape skin, wood, cheese. Slick body, grape, cheese, wood, funky, acidic, very good.
