12/15/22 bottle. Pours a hazy yellow gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is grape skin, lemon, oak, yeast. Slick body, lemon, grape, butter, wood, light tartness, very nice.

9/1/22 Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with small white head. The aroma is strong nectarine flesh, oak, vanilla. Thin body, nectarine, citrus, oak, vanilla, very tart, enjoyed this.

750mL bottle, pours a clear dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma seems a bit carboardy at this point, with light oak, bread crust, and a touch of leather with plenty of oxidation. Flavour is rather acidic, with oxidized bready malt, a touch of oak, lots of acidity. Ugh, this isn't refined or well-calibrated, at least at this point.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a tiny head. Aroma is dusty, with oak, earthy notes, and muted berries. Flavour has a nice fruit blend, some cherry pith, oak, and a touch of wild notes. Not too complex but the cherry mix does work well.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden, almost no head. Aroma has a nice faded blackberry skin character, with gentle funk and some earthiness. Flavour is quite acidic, with tart blackberry skins, some jammy notes, oak, and a touch of bugs. Held up pretty well, but still a bit acidic and lacking yeast depth. Decent.

750mL bottle, pours a clear ros� with a small white head. Aroma is lightly jammy, with faint tart blackberries, a touch of oak, and subtle bugs. Flavour is full of enamel-stripping acidity, subtle berry, and more acid. Just a massive acid bomb. Not good at all — how can be people like this?
