Draught@CBC2015. Black colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is nutty, toffeeish, mild leathery notes as well as wood, some fruits and nectar. Flavour is quite much amarone, some nutty notes, fruits, alcohol and mild burnt sugary notes.

Draught@CBC2015. Red colour, small pink head. Aroma is lactic, wooden, mild raspberries and some toffee. Flavour is fruity, latic, some raspberries, mild wood and some spruce as well. Tasty and quite nicely balanced.

Another light and well balanced sour from this series. Digging these exotic fruit sours - screw Wakefield, this is the tropical source. Hazy yellow pour without much head or lacing. Citrusy soursop vibe - or shall we say guanabana. Tangy finish and great balance overall. Tap at churchkey.

I love cashew fruit and this is super well balanced. Good tangy vibe from the fruit with some bread yeast and citrus. Not overpowering in sourness, just well drinkable. Hazy yellow pour with decent head and lacing. Tangy finish. Tap at churchkey.

New Beer Distributors, NYC small bottle: pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is thick sour fruit. Taste is rather sour. Body would not let you know that there is so little alcohol. Sour aftertaste.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Clear golden orange with off-white head. Aromas of stone fruit, floral, flowery notes. Tastes of stone fruit, floral, grapes, jelly, Brett, funk, syrup. Medium body with a dry finish.
