33cl can de chez Axiom, bue à l’hôtel. Canned 22/08/2023.
Couleur claire transparent, col blanc fin retombant vite.
Arôme est délicat avec une touche douce organique du miel assez plaisante qui ressort tout de même de belle manière pour un hydromel étant si faible en alcool. Retro-nasal léger sur le yuzu.
Palais est léger bien pétillant avec une petite note douce de miel en fin de bouche qui confère une certaine douceur sans pour cela être au niveau d'un hydromel classique, évidemment avec seulement 2.5%.
Petite note de yuzu-agrume arrive en appui et donne une fine acidité subtile qui se prête bien au caractère mielleux.
