On tap. Clear golden with a white head leaving a little lacework. Very spicy aroma, dark berries. Medium body, sweetish fruity, a little yeast and phenols. Again distinct berry character, blackcurrant I believe. Dry finish but the berry notes leave a fairly distinct juicy freshness. 170312

bottle at home, 50cl from bilka one stop, fields. hoppy aroma, flowery, exotic fruits, amwerican hops, then belgian yeaasty notes, flowy spices, saison yeast. sort of hybrid aroma between an exotic fruity well hopped pale ale and a typical saison. flavor is exotic fruits, strong belgian saison yeasty flavor, very dry in fact, wild yeasty bitter note, A dry and bitter saison, but very clean - good stuff. flavor could also be just a bitter belgian ale of some sort, bitterness tops the usual saison flavor. pretty refreshing, but the malty sweetness creeps up on you just before the end. the hops are quite easily discernible towards the end.
