(Bottle, as "Stronzo Påskebryg") Amber colour with frothy, off-white head, leaving traces of lacing. Fruity, malty nose with notes of apricots, marmalade, honey, orange peel and some spicy yeast. Malty, fruity taste with apricots, orange peel, honey, marmalade, a touch of yeast and a balanced spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced, but tastes more like a pale ale than a saison. Nice one.

330ml bottle by the courtesy of herr Skinnyviking, shared with him and Finn. Airy beige head to a cloudy golden body. Belgian yeast and tart fruity nose. Wheat fruity taste with yeasty fruitiness leading to a bittersweet ending. Soft in the mouth. Not outstanding but decent enough (Tromsø 14.01.2015).

330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Served comfortably chilled. Golden-orange coloured body with a slight haze. Huge, creamy, pearl white head, fair amount remaining. Laces well. Peach and orange on the nose, mid-dry. Fresh taste of citrus with sappy oranges upfront joined by a touch of wheat. Smooth grapefruit bitterness to the ending. Crispy in the mouth. Very refreshing (Tromsø 09.02.2015).

Bottle @ Odense Tasting January, 2015. Pours black with a bubbly head. Very sweet flavor of tobacco, honey, coffee and dark sugars. Sticky and with quite some oxidation already. Having a hard time even sipping this.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting January, 2015. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy head and lacings. Nose is mild yeast, fresh fruit and grass. Dry and bitter finish. Quite nice!

Draft @ Taphouse, Copenhagen. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty hoppy chocolate aroma. Roasted malty chocolate flavor with weak smoky hints. Has a roasted malty chocolate smoky finish.

Draught. Black with small beige head. Aroma of soy sauce and tar,good roasted flavour of coffee and roasted malt, feels mild smoked and smooth and even slight salty.
