Bottle thanks to someone at De Garde. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A big citrus nose, clear pineapple, funk. Sour tannic flavors, sawdust, a bit of funky brett, mostly robust big pineapple juice. Flavorful and smooth. Good. Quite sour at times, but pretty smooth.

It poured up at the brewery with a nice looking dark body that supports a tan head of foam. The aroma offers up malts, black licorice, prunes, dates and then mildly spicy smelling black strap molasses. The taste starts with spicy black licorice, molasses and a sense of black strap molasses and then mild dark roasted malts and chocolate. Behind those notes lurks sweet date to fig to prune like dark fruity esters blended with dark roasted malts.

It poured up at the brewery with a clear amber body that has copper hues and it supports a light tan head that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aromas offers up malts, molasses, nuttiness and some black licorice spicy notes mixed with some vague resiny hoppiness. The taste starts with sweet malts and nuttiness and then quickly into punchier notes of spicy black licorice, resiny grassy hops and then more resiny sort of black licorice and pine hoppiness. Goooood.

It poured up at the brewery with a clear deep gold body that has copper hues and supports a thin light tan head. The aroma offers juicy cantaloupe mixed with herbal grassy notes and a sliver of green bell pepper. The taste is similar, yes! This is juicy tangelo and cantaloupe mixing with grassy to herbal sort of slightly floral like hoppy notes. It gets a bit onion spicy with thin slivers of green bell pepper here and there too. Yummy stuff.

It poured up at the brewery with a clear deep gold body that supports a thin light tan head. The aroma offers up juicy mango and tangelo like fruity hoppiness that has a slight bitter resiny hoppy sort of thing at the edges of the juicy aromatics. The taste is similar as I get a nice juicy mango and tangelo hoppiness that flows into a modest level of bitter resiny hops that seem to have an edge of spicy onion hops. This all makes for a very pleasing hoppy flavor that has plenty of balance and depth with juicy and resiny hops. I love it. Top notch IPA.

This 7.4% batched poured up at the brewery with a slightly hazed gold body that supports a near white head. The aroma is nice and herbal and grassy and perfumy floral hop notes. The taste is similar with herbal and big floral hops that run into some flowery tropical fruity notes. Wow, this seems big and floral but it has a pleasing level of bitter to resiny hops that keep this experience bounded smoothly together. Overall this is too floral for me but not to the point of distracting from the experience.
