Bottle 50 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a tiny, off-white head. Faint malt aroma, even fainter citrus note. Medium body, sweet malty, odd licorice note, no real bitterness. Low carbonation. Not sure what this is, a Pilsner it is not. 3004

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy amber with an off-white head. Belgian yeast nose, some caramel. Medium body, Belgian yeast, some fustiness, nuts and caramel with a short finish with hardly any hops. Seems somewhat uninspired. 260224

20/1/2024. Bottle shared at CLBF/IKL. From Rema 1000 Hornbaek. Pours clear bright amber bronze with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, butter, stewed fruits, straw, malt. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Oily with above average carbonation.

Bottle (sample) at Bjarke Bundgaard Tasting, HavnensVinOgTobakhus 2023. Pours opaque dark red with small white head. Aroma is intense cherry and rød saftevand with hints of marzipan. Taste is medium sweet, faint bitter and faint acidic. Body is watery with light carbonation. Finish is short and mostly sweet with notes of cherry and saftevand. Appearance +1 for the nice label.

Backlog March 2011. Clear amber body under a small beige head. Aroma is quite standard malty with hint of caramel. Taste is sweet malt, burnt caramel, yeast and slightly harsh bitterness. Medium body and same aftertaste. Drinkable but not very impressive.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, rice some some bananas and mild toffeeish tones and herbal tones. Flavour is rice, some herbal and mild earthy tones. Clean, but well kind of homebrewish.
