Mahogany color, creamy head, persistent. The aroma is very nice, hoppy. The body is too thin, with an almost dry mouthfeel; there is a strong chocolate malt flavor and some roasted malt (too much for me); bold bitterness. Good beer, but I don’t understand so much dark side, in an IPA.

Hazy red to dark amber color. Aroma of caramel and hop, a bit resiny and fruity. The body is quite thin, with a dry caramel flavor and a bold bitterness, of good quality, but somehow dusty in the end. Pleasant.

Cloudy dark amber color. Some aroma of caramel and fruity hops. Full malty body, some sweetness, strong hoppiness of good quality, partially fruity… well, I like it.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a clear, dark amber with a small, off-white head. Very typical grapefruitish Cascade aroma. Medium body with lots of caramel and distinct citrus. Dry, hoppy finish. Excellent. 300406
