Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some toffeeish an mild alcohol sweetness. Flavour is fruits, some sweet malts, mild toffee and mild spiciness to it. Sadly a bit watery, otherwise a decent Dunkel Bock.

Pours a quite hazy light amber with an average sized (per style) dense white head that shows good enough retention and lacing. Reasonably intense, quite monotonous aroma: strong fruity notes, with candied orange and peach taking the main stage, plus lighter citric suggestions; a lighter slightly refreshing herbal/grassy feel on the back. Taste notes more or less follow the aroma (with a bit more complexity): just the slightest cerealish malt base with a honeyish note to it, fruity notes as per aroma, light grassy freshness, maybe a slight amount of spiciness. Medium to high sweet and medium bitter with a slight sweet edge in the mouth and a bit too much sweetness in a slightly unclean (sticky/slightly earthy) finish. Medium to dense bodied with medium to high carbonation, feels quite full and lively but maybe a tad too heavy for the relatively low per style abv. Overall a quite mediocre offering.

Dyp gyllen brun med offwhite skum. Lukter malt og karamell. Søt og karamellmalt i smak. Smooth I munnfølelse. Noe krydder I avslutningen.
