APPEARANCE: dark amber color and hazy. large moussy ivory head with good retention. TASTE: moderate-low caramel flavour with a slight sweet malty note. slight yeast and roasty flavour. medium bitterness with bitter and medium-dry finish. PALATE: medium-light body with medium-high carbonation. OVERALL: a not so bad Brown ale with nice caramel aromas and flavours.

APPEARANCE: milky gold color and hazy. Large white head with medium-low retention. TASTE: mild initial banana flavour followed by clove and yeast. very faint background of wheat. low bitterness with a semi-dry finish. PALATE: medium-light body with high carbonation. effervescent. OVERALL: a weissbier with nice aroma that needs some tweaks on the flavour.

AROMA: dominated by moderate roasted notes of coffee and dark chocolate, with a very faint sweet background. no esters nor hops. APPEARANCE: very dark Brown color with ruby body against light. some material in suspension. average light Brown head with good retention. TASTE: moderate roasted notes of coffe and dark chocolate. medium-low bitterness with a dry and roasty finish. PALATE: medium-light to light body with moderate carbonation. no roasted grains astringency. OVERALL: a nice stout with good aromas and flavours that just needs some improvement on the appearance and body.
