Cor ambarina cunha escuma media e boa retención. Cun perfil de centeo moi marcado tanto no aroma coma no paladar. Final seco e lixeiramente metálico. caña en el Asturies Beer Festival Oviedo 05-12-2018 (r00). Color negro intenso con pequeña capa de espuma beige oscuro. Sabores maltosos y cereales con recuerdos de centenos. Levaduras. toques de café y regaliz negro. Cuerpo ligero a medio algo espumoso con cierta densidad. Resulta algo seca al final. Necesitaria mejorar, algo rústica.
