A misty yellow colour with no head. Aroma is yeast, pineapple water and green apples. Taste is watery with a soft pineapple touch.

Amber colour with a huge white head. Medium retention. Aroma is grains, soft banana and bread. Taste is bready and malty leading to a fizzy and overcarbonated finish.

Clear Golden color with a small White head. Poor retention. Aroma is strawberry, yeast and sweet malts. Taste is soft strawberry malts.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 18B). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L16 (BBF 10-2019). AROMA: medium-low hop aroma starting to show oxidation notes (isovaleric). medium background yeast notes and phenolic (plastic). slightly malty sweet. APPEARANCE: gold color and clear. excessive off-white head with average retention. TASTE: initial medium-low fruity hop flavour starting to show oxidation notes. medium-low yeast flavour. slightly sweet neutral malt background. medium-high to high bitterness with a neutral and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-low body with excessive carbonation. OVERALL: an american pale ale starting to show oxidation with distracting yeast presence.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 18B). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L03 (BBF 08-2019). AROMA: medium phenolic aroma, medium-low oxidized hops and a very faint green apple-like aroma. low cereal husk note. APPEARANCE: yellow color and clear. medium white head with good retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with cereal husk, oxidized hops (isovaleric). medium-high bitterness with a dry and slightly bitter finish. PALATE: medium-light body with medium carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: a pale ale with execution and storage problems.

330mml bottle. Tasted on the 01/12/2017 at Chapela. Dark brown colour with a tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, herbs and some caramel. Taste is herbal and caramel with a roasty finish. Sweet aftertaste. Next one please!

On Tap. @Bar de, Burgos 03/03/2017 Color amarillo pajizo, espuma blanca persisntente, aromas iniciales citricos, le sigue un sabor citrico mezclado con la malta y sabores frutales, el final es seco, cuerpo ligero.
