Huge thanks Hrabren for sharing this with us! Hazy golden body, lasting white head. Creamy aroma, funky, milky, caramelly and herbal. Lean, soft, grainy taste, light white raisins, but liiight. Vague funk too. Lean, well carbonated. Bit earthy, lightly rotten fruit too. Hug, okay, just didn't dig the taste that much. but props for the experiment!

Bottle from Že v redu, Primož, Ljubljana, shared with Ogi and Marko. Hazy golden, large creamy white head. Yeasty character, doughy, dusty, funky, spicy, plastic, also hay and grain. Zesty. Light body, moderate carbonation. Grainy, malty flavour, funky, zesty. Some sourness. Quite rough. Light finish. Freshness.

On tap & Bar Cameral. Aroma is bready, dusty, yeasty and grassy. Pours cloudy dark golden color with thin creamy white head and soft visible carbonation. Tastes medium sweet malty with mild fruity, grassy and slightly peppery following, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, slick texture and soft carbonation in palate. 19/2/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of MarkoNm, cheers. Pours hazy purple red with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is woody, musty, blackberry, red grape, citrus, dark fruits. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, touch of tart. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tannic finish. Good.

Bottle, 0.375l. Aroma of red wine, berries and wood with cellar note. Pours dark ruby color with medium sized frothy pink head, fair lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet grainy with weak red wine acidity, follows by tannins and yeast, mouthfeel is dry with more woody notes in the finish. Light to medium body, thin creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. I’m still whining…

Bottle. Clear golden, larger and nonlasting white head. Soury, cellar nose, vinous with strong muscat feeling, bubblegum quality. Strong soury start, pretty puckery with some spicy presence. Light, fresh and very drinkable.

Bottle. Clear, very dark golden, large fluffy white head, ok lasting. Vinous nose, lots of rubber and some balsamic notes. Medium soury start, vinous character, rubber, leather and wood. Tart finish. Lighter body. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle. Dirty red, larger pink-white head, lasting. Gentle nose, vinous with some mild sweetness (must be plums). More noticeable later on. Moderate sourness, slightly vinous, some sweetness, tart finish. Light and fresh. Nice.
