Bottle. Dark ruby red, pinkish head, ok lasting. Gentle soury-tart nose with some berries, mostly blueberries helping it, gets more noticeable later on. Medium puckery sour, some nice grape and blueberry sweetness. Tart in the finish. Light. Fresh. Very drinkable. Great.

750ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy, rapidly diminishing, white head. Fruity, funky, tangy and woody aroma, notes of unripe yellow stone fruit, quince, apricot, nectarine, peach, mirabelle, a touch of white grapes, grapefruit, grape sugar, herbal-floral overtones with a touch of Mediterranean herbs, marjoram, sage, basil, some oak.
