Tåkete gylden brun med høyt offwhite skum som forsvinner fort. Lukter korn, gjær, innslag av røde bær, noe syrlige epler og karamell. Middels fylde. Søtsyrlig smak, lite bitterhet, fudge, eple, noe nøtter og trevirke. Kort.

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is lactic acid and salt, as well as citrus, hay and some farmhouse notes. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is salt and soapy. Probably some lactic notes and hay there as well, but it’s as good as drowned in a sea of brine. Waaay too much salt (and coriander)! Almost undrinkable beyond the first few sips. Drainpour.

On tap at Patricks. A lightly hazy golden colored beer wit a minimal sized white head. Lemon sourish aroma with some bready yeast and funk. Hints of citrus zest. It’s medium bodied and quite tart, with a bit too much carbonation. Some leathery notes in the flavor, with lemon and bread dominating. Some bitterness too. More bitter than salty actually, but there’s some salt in the finish, along with a faint harsh olive oil hint. Sure a decent beer, but not the most interesting gose I’ve had. 160703
