Taster at Boise location. Pale golden, white wine looking body, some light pink/violet hues. Aroma and taste are mostly the wine barrel, minor tartness and not much of the base beer. Average.

Draft at Boise location. Clear golden wit ha nice, thick creamy head. Some vanilla on the nose, recalls the Vanilla Tootsie Rolls. Taste too is more of the vanilla, of the candy variety. A bit sweet, but nice consistency.

On Tap at the Boise brewery/Taproom Hazy dull peachy golden witha thin off white head. Mediocre hop aromas and flavors. Standard pale malts and a littel hop fruitiness. Just OK. Some papery and metallic notes in the aftertaste.

On Tap at the Boise brewery/taproom Dark brown with a scant wispy tan head. Light medium roast malt. Some cherry tartness but not much. A full, unfiltered palate. Some chocoalte notes as well. Not bad

On Tap at the Boise brewery/taproom Deep dark brown/black with a thin fine tan head. Standard dark malts, moderate roast character. Some traces of chocolate but subtle. Some smoothness in the palate from the oats and a nice dark roast trailer. Under carbed mabe, even for the style but nice flavors over all.

On Tap at the Boise brewery/taproom Clear golden with just a ring of white bubbles. Some fresh citrus and tropical aromas and flavors. Very light bodied but good hop character. Clean finish. Not bad

On Tap at the Boise brewery/taproom Crystal clear pale golden with a thin skin of micro bubbles. Classic light somewhat cereal grain malts and just a touch of noble hops. A little sweetness. Not bad actually.

On tap at the Boise brewery/taproom. Clear deep mahogany with a thin dense tan head not much smoke but nice woody chocolate malt aromas and flavors rather light and dry. An astringent small bite at the end . A little more chocolate maltiness at the end.

On tap at the Boise brewery/taproom. Crystal clear very light amber thin wispy head Faintlight malt aromas, but the vanilla really comes through in the flavors. Smooth light and clean. Interesting combo with the vanilla and the mild maltiness. Not bad

On tap at the Boise brewery/taproom. Milky very light yellow/white wispy white head light fresh citrus aromas. Slightly grassy flavors and very light and pale. Not much flavor here but no bitterness either. So I guess it is balanced. Some floral notes at the end. Not much to it but light and fresh
