On Tap at the Boise brewery/taprom Foggy dul light amber full fluffy and lasting off white head. Subtle piney resinous hop aromas and malts that a re a touch toasted and caramelized. Some wody and papery flavors and a clean well attenuated body. Decent clean sharp bitterness at the end.

On Tap at the Boise brewery/taproom Hazy orange amber with a thin wispy head and spotty lacing. Slightly toasted malts, some fruit aromas but not obvious berries. Very modest Saison yeast character and generally and light Amber with a little fruit hint. I like the effort of hand picked berries but it just doesn't punch.

Draft at Boise brewpub. Good looking pour, hazy dark golden with lasting foamy head. Hoppy aroma does not hint at the huge hoppy bitterness that comes. Drying, chalky mouthfeel. A real hop bomb.

Taster at Boise brewpub. Near black pour, small ring of beige head. aroma is roast grain bitterness, coffee, burnt toast. Taste is more of the same, chocolate, wooden notes.

Taster at Boise brewpub. Medium golden color with small thin head. aroma is split of caramel malts and citrrusy hops. Taste brings in some tropical notes, more citrus flavors and the solid malt base.

Taster at Boise brewpub. Nice light, fruity citrus beer. Aroma and taste is citrusy, mild saltiness. Kind of light, but extremely quaffable.

Taster at Boise Brewpub. Bright golden body, scant head. Faint aroma of citrus, grapefruit peel. Taste brings more of the sharp citric bitterness. A bit more bitter than the normal APA.

Taster at brewpub. Medium amber with small skin of head, but sheets of lacing. Mild hoppy aroma builds in taste, woody, Alpine meadow. Very sublime. Nice showcase for the hop. Really tasty.

Draft at Boise Brewpub. Near black pour, ring if head, lacing. Aroma is coffee first, smoke, hints of whiskey. Taste amps up a bit, more of the bourbon, sweetness, then coffee, burnt toast. Really melds nicely on the tongue.
