Draft at White Dog. Pitch black pour, small collar of head. Sweet aroma, malty, roasty, alcohol. Sweetness persists in the taste, not sure where its coming from as any weizen elements are not apparent. Boozy, warm.

On Tap at the Boise brewery/taproom Very dark brown, Small tight tan head. Medium dark roast aromas and flavors. Nice deem smooth piney IBU bite. Quite drinkable.

Taster at White Dog. Hazy yellow pour, wispy head. Aroma doesn't give much away. Taste is light malts with a spray of strawberry. Lingering sweetness.

Taster at brewery. Dark golden, clear, spotty head. Aroma is bready malts. Taste adds a small hop presence to the malts, very light. Medium weight, but full.

Taster at White dog. Barely there beer, light all the way around. But then flavor comes seemingly out of nowhere. Fruity, juicy, citrus. Tongue tingles.

On tap pours out hazy straw topped with a white head. Nose is sweet tropical fruit hops plenty juice. Taste is more of the nice juice hops tropical fruit notes.
