Hazy yellow with a huge fluffy white head that left good lacing. Dry , phenolic, grainy, yeasty and musty with a hint of citrus. Long finish. Medium body.

Hazy pink red with a large foamy head. Tangy tart & sweet with rainbow sherbet and vanilla. Exceptionally long finish. Medium body and quite smooth.

Tap at mad mex in robinson. Pinkish orange and cloudy. Cotton candy nose. Sweet, almost cloying but is not. Hard to find the tart or sour in this one. Sugary taste followed up by some raspberry, just barely. Not bad, but was expecting more form a beer that was labeled sour or tart. Slight citrus background on the finish.

Tap mad mex robinson. Smell is slight tart nosed fruit. Eye is hazy with slight pinkish hue. Very nice initial sour taste. Fun fruity tart. Civilized yet approaches the feel of some lambics. Civilized tart brew, would like to have another. Not overly sweet. I liked this stuff!
