750mL bottle. Pours black with minimal tan head. Aroma has chocolatey marshmallow, wafers, vanilla, coffee, and bourbon barrel. Flavour has a lot of marshmallow; chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, good amount of booze. Quite sweet, but very enjoyable.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Very dark brown with very minimal beige head. Bourbon, vanilla heavy, marshmallow, mild cacao background. Decent, but not a ton of depth. This would be rated high if it were a Twin Sails so staying on par with that.

750mL bottle, pours jet black with a tiny light brown head. Aroma has a complex barrel blend character -- lots of bourbon -- with plenty of vanilla and a tiny touch of marshmallow. Flavour is extremely sweet, with intensely sweet sugars, tons of marshmallow, tons of vanilla beans, and then the bourbon barrels come in in the back door. It's pretty sharp -- the vanilla and marshmallow are a bit brutal, almost giving off a vanilla extract character. It's good but a bit brutal.

16 oz can from the new Icarus spot, 7/12/24. They assure us they are opening, and they actually did...Congrat's to Jason and the team on their move. This beer pours a fully hazy yellowish color. Small white head. Nice, fruity and hoppy flavor. Good bitterness. Tasty.
