I’ve always had a soft spot for Killian’s since it was my first beer of choice when I started drinking beer. It’s a bit weak, but definitely has more flavor than the American macrobrew pale lagers. Nice malty flavors, not much hops noticeable.

I feel almost amazed that I have never had this beer before. Sampled from a 16 oz can this beer poured a very pale yellow color with a huge soapy white head. The aroma is typical sour macro pale lager tang. The flavor has some light sour malts followed by a vague skunkyness and your typical sour macro pale lager finish. Less offensive than some out there but not good.

I like this beer. Good drink, redish tint. Slight body, and a decent finish to the drink. There are better dark lagers out there, but I say this is one of the better macros.

Lightly hazed red to brown beer with a dissipating moka head. Metallic caramel aroma, with fruity notes. Sweet malt and very littl ehops, and a rather thin body. Drank some , then put the rest in my chili.

This one, like Bud Lite, is just bland, plain, and generic. For some reason my friends always get this in cans, which is even worse than in bottles.

I used to drink a bit of this back in the early 90’s but have not had one since then until today. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer pours a ruby chestnut color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is sweet and malty with a mild tangy undertone. The flavor is tangy malts with a light nut presence and a hint of fruit underneath. Fairly light body, but definitely smooth. Not great but better than many macros.

A little better than its primary American competitors. Still light appearance and very light hop flavor. Better than Miller lite anyway.

Had on tap, can’t say it was any different from the bottled/can versions I’ve had. pours a light golden and clear. Decent white head to start, then diminishes to a thin remainder. Taste was ok. A standard macro-light.

Bottle with tiggmtl and Muzzlehatch, which was Muzzlehatch’s 2500th beer. And what a beer it was. Gold-yellow appearance, thin, fizzy white head, with some minute retention. Aroma of rotting corn, solvent mixed with more veggies and a sickly sweet corn syrup. Flavor is mostly sweet corn syrup, full of DMS and light metal on the end. Light body, lots of water, sharp carbonation. Disgusting. As turbo says, even for a Low Alcohol, this is bad.
