The aroma is caramel malt, fresh grass and floral honey. The taste is clean caramel sweet, fresh malt and finishes dry with the grass. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and a mineral floral slight sweet caramel finish. Nice Amber.

16 oz can purchased at the Pizza Port in San Clemente, California. 10 25 16 printed on the bottom of the can. The pour is a slight haze yellow with a one inch well formed white head. Nice lace left behind on the glass. The aroma is cereal grain, sweet malt, floral and dank hop along with some fruit. The taste is the strong sweet cereal caramel malt with floral resin hops. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and lingering sweet, dank and warming alcohol in the finish. Well constructed.

The pour is a slight haze golden with a thick well formed 1 inch white head. The aroma is citrusy, tropical fruit, grass, bit of cracker malt. The taste fresh, clean and crisp citrus floral hops, with the clean cracker malt base. Soft citrus bitter in the finish. The palate is light bodied, active fine carbonation, and a crisp clean softly bitter finish. Crazy drinkable, nice.

Taste is minimally sweet caramel malty, citrusy and bitter hoppy overtones, slightly diluted hints of lemon, orange, lemon grass, lemon zest, lemon drops; balm, minimally chalky interferences close to the finish, but exposes overall a malty basis with stamina compared to other SIPAs.
