On draught at the tap room during the "3rd Anniversary Party" on 01/28/2017. Clear orange-amber color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt Medium body with flavors of herbal hops, grapefruit and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the tap room during the "3rd Anniversary Party" on 01/28/2017. Black pour with a medium tan head that diminishes gradually to a film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate and habanero. Full-bodied with flavors of roast malt, fudge and subtle peppers. The finish is malty up front with a lingering peppery aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the tap room. Hazy straw color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily to a film. Strings of lacing. Aroma of wheat, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal wheat, clove and banana. The finish is mildly fruity and spicy with a banana aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the tap room. Brown-black pour with a thin beige head that recedes quickly to a wispy film. Small patches of lacing. Roasted malt, chocolate and a bit of hops in the nose. Light-bodied with a roasty malt character and notes of chocolate and earthy hops in the background. The finish is sweet with a charred malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Light to medium body with flavors of roasted coffee, malt and sweet chocolate. The finish is roasty with a coffee and malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Refrigerated brown bomber poured. Translucent dark brown with no head. Aroma is light smoke, medium body, low carbonation, and no lacing. Taste is light smoke and dark malt.

On draught at Pint Room. The beer is a slightly hazy golden color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of fruit, grassy hops and yeast. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, fruit and biscuit malt. The finish is crisp and fruity with a mild hoppy aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the High Gravity Hullabaloo on 02/06/2016. The beer pours a clear yellow-golden color with a medium foamy white head that dissipates gradually to an outer ring. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of floral hops, grapefruit and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

On draught at the tap room.during the "Two-Year Anniversary" event on 01/23/2016. Pours black with a medium thick foamy tan head that recedes gradually. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast coffee, malt and dark chocolate. Full-bodied with a roasty coffee and malt character, with some dark chocolate and hops in the background. The finish is roasty with a lingering coffee aftertaste. Good beer all around.
