Aroma of citrus, hops and malt Medium body with flavors of herbal hops, grapefruit and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the tap room during the "3rd Anniversary Party" on 01/28/2017. Black pour with a medium tan head that diminishes gradually to a film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate and habanero. Full-bodied with flavors of roast malt, fudge and subtle peppers. The finish is malty up front with a lingering peppery aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the tap room. Brown-black pour with a thin beige head that recedes quickly to a wispy film. Small patches of lacing. Roasted malt, chocolate and a bit of hops in the nose. Light-bodied with a roasty malt character and notes of chocolate and earthy hops in the background. The finish is sweet with a charred malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of floral hops, grapefruit and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Aroma of roast coffee, malt and dark chocolate. Full-bodied with a roasty coffee and malt character, with some dark chocolate and hops in the background. The finish is roasty with a lingering coffee aftertaste. Good beer all around.
