Draft at the brewery (Center in Photo), 2/26/26. Caramel -orange color, off white head. Lace that almost costs the glass. Sweet, Belgian yeast, raisin, dark fruit. Highly drinkable. Rather sweet. Lots of flavor. A little sweeter than I prefer, but still really tasty.

Draft at the brewery (Left in Photo), 2/26/26. Clear amber color, off white head, strong lace. Sweet malty around and flavor. Bread, grains, biscuit, dough, and earth. Very smooth and clean. Easy drinking. Tasty. Fun beer.

500 ml bottle from the brewery, 2024 Release, 12/3/24. It pours a darker caramel-orange to light brown color with a tan head and some streaky lacework. Boozy, rum aroma comes through over the full assortment of pumpkin pie spices and some wood. The liquor component of the barrel comes through more than the whiskey here. Lots of flavor still. I preferred the whiskey version, particularly on the aroma and palate, but both are pretty good. 7/4/8/3/16
