Sampled on draft this cider poured a hazy peach-grapefruit color with a small white head that left no lacing. The aroma was tangy an sweetish with notes of orange, grapefruit, pineapple and apple. The flavor was tart and tangy with notes of bread, peach, orange, pineapple and fruit cocktail syrup. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Well done.

Sample at Aficionado’s during the "Actual Brewing & Mad Moon Cider Tasting" on 04/15/2016. Slightly hazy ruby-red color with a thin pinkish-white head that burns away quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Cranberries and spice in the nose. Medium body with flavors of cranberry, apple and mild spice. The finish is mildly tart with a Cran-Apple aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at Daily Growler Powell. This Cider is a slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Fruity aroma with hops in the background. Light to medium body with flavors of citrus, apples and grassy hops. The finish is fruity with a mildly tart apple aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at North High. This Cider pours a murky orange-gold color with a minimal white head that disappears quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of apples, spice and caramel. Medium-bodied with a true caramel apple flavor with notes of spice and vanilla behind it. The finish is sweet with a caramel apple aftertaste. Above average overall.
