(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a big and loose foamy white head. Sourish citric and slightly mouldy aroma with moderately wheaty accents and a touch of cloves in the background. Slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Moderately wheaty and fruity taste with notes of ripe citrus, shades of banana and discreet clovy spices; slightly acidic and sweet finish. Not particularly demanding. 26.X.10

(bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with a big and persistent foamy white head. Yeasty and wheaty aroma with flowery and citrus-fruity notes and a touch of cloves. Moderately sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Wheat-malty and slightly yeasty taste with notes of citrus and banana, accompanied by spicy cloves towards the slim and fruity finish. The best one from Bayerisch Zunftherrn I have sampled so far. 26.X.10
