Sampled on draft this cider poured a golden color with a small soapy white head that left no lacing. The aroma was cinnamon, spruce and mint. The flavor was cinnamon, spruce and mint. Long finish. Medium body. Meh.

Bottle, clear pale yellow wirh greenish taints, aroma of apple and spice, flavor of apples and minerals with a light bitterness and a light but pronounced sweetness. Nice and enjoyable.

At a tasting, thanks, clear extremly pale straw yellow color, aroma of cinamon with some apples behind, a bit cooked apples flavor with light cinamon touches, light to medium sourness, pleasant light sweetness, just a touch heavy. Fair and drinkable, a little too Much cinamon.
