Draft at Top Hops, 2/5/16. Clear orange-gold. Minimal head. Nice mix of apple sweetness and tartness with a bit of funk. Didn't blow me away or anything, but this is some solid stuff.

A hazed blonde cider with aroma of tart apples, light lemony notes, light Brett, pleasant. In mouth, a nice tart sweet apple with light acidity, light Brett, a bit light bodied, but pleasant. On tap at CNY Brewfest 2016.

A golden cider with aroma of sweet tart apples with light acidity, light mineral notes, nice. In mouth, a nice chalky apple with light mineral notes, light bodied, pleasant. On tap at J Ryan’s.

On draft at Fulton Chain Brewery in Old Forge it is a crystal clear pale gold the aroma is sweet apples and the taste is sweet flavors of sweet apples.

New England Bucket List Trip #199. Keg at Ithaca Brewing. Pours a clear pale golden with a thin frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of sweet apples, pear, vanilla and a mild vegetal note. The taste is sweet apples, vanilla. Tart finish. Medium bodied, mild lingering tartness. 200th cider!
