16oz can. Roasty and sweet, dextrose or sugar lead. Doesn't really have a Porter tone of any sort. HR can nail a citra hazy IPA, but their strong dark beers are pretty lackluster. Sugar forward, no malt depth. A 6% all malt beer would have been a lot better. This wasn't good at all. Glad I didn't get a 4pack.

16oz can at HR. Thick, opaque, peach-tan body. Steady white head. Strata seems to dominate most beers it is in, it does here. Fresh, enjoyable hazy IPA, but not that big juicy hop tone that I have come to expect from HR. Still pretty good, sort of unique for the style.

16oz can at the brewery. The first fruited beer I've had from HR. Early January, so doubtful this has real strawberries. Pretty good for the style, but not my kind of beer at all. Strawberry puree pretty much mutes out the hop tone. Hints of lactose. Glad I didn't get a 4pack.

16oz can less than 12 hours from canning. Thick, opaque yellow-orange body. Steady, creamy, white head. Serious hop depth, lead by a massive Galaxy tone. All the hops shine, Strata and Citra also quite big. Great stuff, World Class

16oz can. Bright, grassy noble hop aroma. Earthy and simple, with a pleasant lager tone. Fresh and balanced, very easy drinking. Better than previous lagers I've had from Hidden River, this is really nice stuff. Really sublime stuff. Checks all the boxes.

16oz can. A couple weeks old, still very fresh and delicious. Centennial tone is really nice, but still leans into that big, orange-juice Citra tone. Has some nice Pale Ale sensibilities, but more a creamy, oaty body like a NE IPA. Soft on the palate, easy drinking. Good.

Not quite sure why I sprung for a 23 dollar 4pack, other than being used to dropping a lot on their more worthy IPAs. Rather bland and thin for the ABV. Has the malt tone of an overly sweet Milk Stout at best. Drinkable enough, but wish I just bought just one can. OK, but just not worth the price.

2 days after canning. 16oz can. Booming Strata tone accompanied by a super fresh Citra tone. While the hop tones are still soft, I feel the Strata gives a slightly more classical feel or balance. Easy drinking, all around delicious beer.

Can at the DC post-Thanksgiving 2021 gathering. Poured a hazy yellow color with a medium sized head. Aroma was tropical fruits - pineapple, melon. Flavor was big citrus. Mango. Pleasant stuff. Vanilla notes.

16oz can pours a murky gold with some clumpy white head. Nose has pineapple and melon and citrus, mango too. Flavor has mango and orange, vanilla. OK. Full bodied, pillowy finish.
