Big pounder can for $2 at vintage estate, nice place. Smell of off pine or rotten spruce permeates the area. Cloudy pour with a big foaming head. Goes craggy and then pours over the sides. Taste is big difficult fermenting green grapefruit rind IPA, the bitterness even makes me shudder a little. Yes, big bitter blasting bastard, border on impy dubbly eye-pee-aye territory. Mow you over like a brush cutter. Difficult to enjoy with its constant medicinal feel. Some co2 at least makes it almost drinkable. In the end its just another one sided unbalanced IPA mess, just like all the other stupid straight up ass ubiquitous IPA out there; there's a million of them - way too many in my opinion. Overall? Not impressed. You can get this taste anywhere, its so silly common.

Silver and brown can from vintage in boardman for 2$. Brown but nit dark brown, fairly clear. Big foamy alabaster head. Smell is slight dark beer malts. Initial taste is a little volatile for a 5% brew. Some cloying effects. A little sweet fer sher. Not sure if the nuts causing it or not. Yes, can't really tell its nutty excepts perhaps the unnatural sweetness. Begins to have a metal nose towards the end and the taste actually starts to get on my nerves.

Well its been a while since I had a decent bock so I was looking forward to this 2$ can from vintage in boardman. Nice big clear off pale iced tea colored pour. Decent alabaster head. Clean fresh beery smell and a mild doughy malty nose. First taste impression is that of a stronger beer, typical bock fer sher. Good co2 level keeps it lively up front. Its so nice to get a brew that's not a hop bomb for a change. Yes, it is strong armed, right through the middle.Could have a few manners, but isn't that what bocks all about? A big ram in the ass? Just asking. A little sweet towards the end. Maybe even gets a little cloying & medicinal. Not bad overall. Finished pretty quick! Good enjoyability level.

Silver can with a black label. Two bucks at chalet in north lima. Pour is cloudy pale with a big fat head. The can was swelled when I got it. Has a stronger beery aroma, but not of hefe. Taste is hefelike, was expecting more bitterness like a wheat ale but there is some bitterness lurking in the background. Yes, each pour makes a big foaming appearance. Want to overflow my big 20 oz mug and this is a 12 oz can. Get more enjoyable as the session continues. Good co2 level makes this refreshing. Probably one of the better wheat ales I've done lately. Finishes with lots of bubblegum, maybe this actually is their hefe brew? Well, it says wheat ale on the label, that's all I know. Decent beer tasting experience. Just a little volatile on the finish considering its alky level. Not bad overall.

Can at room temperature. Pale ale, no haze. Nice big foamy head. Mild aroma of aged hops. Taste is big APA, with perhaps just a tad of IPA personality. Even at room temp its quite well behaved for an APA, I'm so sick of IPA bastardizing every style. This brew sticks to the real APA character. Smoother with that typical older dull hop impression. Grows on ya. Decent co2 to the end.

Pours from crowler a clear copper-orange color with a thin white head that diminishes quickly to an outer ring. Sparse strings of lace. Fruity and spicy aroma with malt in the background. Light-bodied with flavors of mango, mild pumpkin spices and caramel malt. The finish is sweet and mildly spiced with a mango and spice aftertaste. Different than most modern pumpkin beers, decent overall.
