Nonic pint draft at BrainDead Brewing in Dallas, Texas. The pour is a hazed yellow golden with a smallish white head with nice lace. The aroma is sweet cereal grain, a bit of hay and yeast. The taste is the cereal grain of the nose, along with some soft carn notes, then the grass hay and finishing with general yeastiness. The palate is medium bodied with a natural unfiltered mouthfeel, soft carbonation and a sweetish chewy finish. Fun, well executed beer.
