16 ounce can. Hazy, yellow gold color. Large pillowy white head leaves nice clinging lace. Aroma of citrus, pineapple and peach. Flavor is a bit less expressive. Nonetheless, flavor upfront is fresh pineapple, Anjou pears and passion fruit. Some residual sweetness, but mostly, this brew is quite dry. Some citrus in middle. A hint of pine and white grape on backend.

Draught at Libertee: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is honey, yeast, fruity esters. Taste is sweet, almost no bitterness. Some honey notes. Solid.

On tap at Firkin Tavern in Ewing, NJ. Opaque dark brown color. Brief creamy tan head. Roasted malt aroma has minty, chocolatey notes. Flavor follows nose. Dark malt, chocolate, mint and vanilla. 10% ABV is well hidden. Yeah, it tastes like the Girl Scout cookie. It drinks pretty good, too. Sticky mouthfeel. Decent.

Hints of berry, banana and toffee. This is a subtle brew that offers wonderful complexity and flavor while offering a spot on interpretation of the Belgian Dubbel style.
