On tap at the brewery. It pours a lightly hazed pale yellow orange color with a white head. The aroma is super dank with a little grapefruit rind. The flavor is the same. Major spicy herbal dank with some background grapefruit rind. Citrusy. Medium to strong bitterness. Really good.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a lightly hazed yellow color with a white head. The aroma has light tropical pineapple, funk and pepper with some wheat and creamy grains. The flavor is bitter with some pepper and noticeable barnyard. Some pissy acidity, but it ends up pretty smooth on the palate. Decent.

On draft. It pours a clear yellow color with a white head. The aroma is grainy with notes of wheat, light pepper and citrus hops. The flavor is grainy with more pepper and lemon. Smooth mouth feel. Not getting the berries and tropical fruit that I normally do with Mosaic. Still good.

On draft at Caps & Taps. It pours a dark brown color with a brown head. The aroma has brandy with some s’mores and dark chocolate. The flavor is very woody and hot. Lots of alcohol, chocolate and brandy notes. Good, but a little too hot for me to want to try again.

Bottle purchased at the SF Beer Week event at the brewery. Pours near jet black with minimal head. Vanilla imparts a sweetness on the beer, a little artificial tasting. Beyond that, it is a solid beer in line with the non-vanilla version.

On draught at the brewery as part of SF Beer Week Event. The highlight of the tasting. Overt coconut and nuanced chocolate in support. The combination of the coconut and barrel led to a wonderful, rich and full mouthfeel.

On draught at the brewery as part of SF Beer Week Event. While still good, this was the lowest ranked of the beers I tried at the release. The coffee was subdued and I did not get much barrel in this one.
