For a strap at the brewery. Flavor has a decent amount of citrus with an underlying earthiness. Not really pain just earth. Moderate bitterness with maybe a hint of juice.

16 oz. can at Can Jam 2019, Deciduous Brewing Co. Typical hazy appearance, aroma is as bold and juicy as the flavor. Bold white grape, straw / hay with a light supporting grain backbone. A weak pineapple / white grape throughout the sip. It has a soft mouthfeel and is incredibly smooth.

Draught at the source: pours raspberry red with white head. Aroma is raspberry puree. Taste is lightly sour, not too sweet, nice pure raspberry taste.

Draught at the source: pours opaque haze with a white head. Aroma is large tropical fruitiness. Taste is lightly sweet, mellow, not bitter. Light herby notes. Smoother than the size would have you believe.

Looks like a pink guava smoothie. Incredibly soupy, soft, light-orange-tinted-pink. No head.
Nose is mineral and tart acid-rich guava with biscuit and cereal from the wheat behind it. Guava smells authentic and well-integrated with lots of zesty, bright, fruity notes. Low lactic character, almost none, with no alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's lightly juicy, well-attenuated in both malt and fruit with integrated juicy, lightly acidic, guava notes, rich mineral, cereal and biscuit and a gritty at times texture from all of the sediment in solution. Surprised they can't get this any less soupy, but it's flavorful and doesn't really seem to suffer from it much. No weird yeast character nor too much dullness (there is some, of course).

Heavily hazy, bronze-maize-golden with a white head that slowly recedes to a ring.
Nose is wonderfully juicy with subtle, dank, almost wintergreen or other softly zesty notes, light nectarine, mineral, strong, juicy, round citrus and clean, fruity yeast with no alcohol or resin. Kind of like This is how we do it, but without the El Dorado twanginess. Honey, biscuit and light cracker show through from the malt, easily balancing and tons of fruity ester and citrus juice lingers on.
Soft, round, malty and juicy with ample, yet not overbearing bitterness and tons of nectarine, spicy, green hop and moderate orange, meyer lemon and tangerine. Honey, biscuit and light cracker balance the juiciness/bitterness easily and the tight carbonation provides for a zesty, crisp, citrus-concentrated experience. It's clean and not too yeasty, with wonderful, bright, juicy and expressive hop notes. Really, really nice stuff.

Nose is quite suggestive of the El Dorado, which is to say, twangy papaya, aggressive citrus and light pine. Still don't get why this hop is so lauded. This beer is beautiful to me, except for the El Dorado which nearly ruins it. Just no finesse or softness to its character. Yeast is light and malts are primarily biscuit-cracker forward with light honey notes and are well-attenuated. No alcohol or flaw. Good juiciness and rounder citrus from the Citra, but I can't get past the El Dorado here.
In the mouth it's decliciously well-done. Tight carbonation, a soft, malty texture and strong attenuation without any heavy resin or messy yeast notes. Juicy citrus kicks things off with light lemon and pine breaking in as the El Dorado asserts itself and brings heavy papaya and punchy lime-like character tinged with pine and hard grapefruit rind. This is clean and free of alcohol with perfect maltiness (light honey, biscuit) and good bitterness. But again, I don't like the El Dorado. Still, can't deny the awesome quality here so I'll put my opinion of the hop mostly aside for the rating.

Can at Can Jam Deciduous edition thanks Chris! Hazy lemon yellow with a bubbly white head that shows moderate retention. Earthy pine tropical and citrus with a firm bready maltiness underneath.
