Sampled at Wild Festival Groningen. Dry watery malts, funky Brett, orange, dry earthy malts, old wood, light sips yeast. Light sweet and sour, very light bitter. Medium bodied with watery feel. OK.

Sampled at Wild Festival Groningen. Bit hazy golden with small white head. Cinnamon, sour grains, marzipan, pepernoten, dry malts, orange, soft lemon. Over medium sour, very light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Very, very solid for a ‘homebrew’.

At Wild Festival Groningen, 10cl from bottle. Smoked Gose with Mushroom. Color: Slightly hazy pale golden. Aroma: Herbal, mushroom. Taste: Rather strange combination of smoke, herbal, earthy, mushroom. Moderate sweet, light bitterness. Bit medicinal, camphor

Been wanting to try this for some time now, glad I'm getting the chance. It doesn't taste as crazy as it seems, all the flavours are there, but light, making it a pretty subtle beer. Lightly smokey, some sourness and a bit umami.
