Smells of bright chewy hops with solid malt notes, has good clear brownish copper body and modest foam. Flavour is bright sweet piney hops, very chewy. Mouthfeel has great oiliness with smart layers of resin. This is very decent, highly memorable.

The aroma is nice hops and bitter vegetal note, has good foam on a cloudy yellow body. Flavour is bright sweet hops, straight ahead but satisfying. Nice bitter oiliness on the mouth. It's very good, but I could see some people not liking the bitter vegetal elements.

On tap at Club Ilia, pours a bright dark pink with a small beige head. Nose is full of tart blueberry skins and plenty of lacto. Flavour is full of gently tart blueberries, lots of lacto, and some faint earthiness. Not very deep but it's drinkable. Meh.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is lightly smoky, with dry cocoa and some leather. Flavour is dry yet robust, with medium roasted malt, dry cocoa, and a little tobacco. Sturdy palate, again with that dry finish. Very good.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp crackery malt, nice biting grassy hops, and a dry biscuity character. Flavour is clean, refreshing and biting, with a very spicy grassy hop character - those hops come through nicely - with a spritzy, crisp crackery malt base. Spicy and grassy finish that is very dry. Really good example of the style.

Very soft malt aroma, has clear medium copper body with minimal foam on top. Flavour soft malt with good crisp pilsner hops but it's a bit too soft. Mouthfeel is nice though and clean and crisp. This is decent enough but could have more punch.

Smells of bright hops in like flint, smooth as an operator. Has good white foam and a softly cloudy gold body. Flavour is good bright hops with a fair hint of chunky kölsch grain, finely executed and executably fine. Excellent carbonation and also has a proper hit of oiliness on the mouth. This is very decent, a light yet wonderfully hoppy brew.
