Middling grains on the nose, hops are invisible. Has a good clearish body and very tiny foam. Flavour is soft grain, a bit of hops, semi-sweet but of no distinction. Mouthfeel is too watery, needs some more oiliness to balance it out. Not bad and not great, adequate anyway.

Soft hop sweetness aroma, has really good foggy yellow body and decent foam. Flavour is middling spicy grain and sweetish sharp hops. Mouthfeel is full and crisp It's nice, seems like they used some saison grains, good stuff.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a murky pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy coffee, pithy raspberries and a hint of lacto. Flavour is along the same lines, with earthy coffee and raspberries melding nicely, with gentle lacto. What seem like clashing elements actually work alright.

Sweet coffee barley and baker's chocolate on the nose, blackish brown body and soft foam. Flavour is oozy yet sharp barley, sweet oatmeal notes, chocolate cake. Crisp carbonation. So sweet and tasty, everything about this beer is excellent.

Good clearish gold and modest foam, sharp sweet peppery grains like the French saisons of ould; seriously, right on the mark and I'm amazed at finding this in a random industrial site on the edge of Vancouver. Flavour is soft caramel with vague hop hints and hay. Full mouthfeel. A great saison any way you cut it, they've outdone themselves here.

Pinkish brown body and very minor foam, sweet berry and coffee on the nose which is surprisingly pronounced and balanced. Flavour is a nice berry and coffee mix, tannins, soft malt. Reasonably sharp mouthfeel. It works pretty well, nothing out of place, not a world beater but it gets the job done.

Medium goldish body and minimal foam, sour fruitiness of no distinction on the nose. Flavour is sharp citrus, vague grain notes, plenty of sourness. Okay fruit skins on the mouth, but otherwise pretty average.

Nice foam on a mostly clear gold body, soft fresh juice on the nose with sweet hop notes. Flavour is sweet juicy hop notes that resemble a milkshake or an orange julius stand maybe. Full on the mouth. A little subtle but okay.

Good clear gold body with nice foam on top. Smells of soft vegetably hops and chewy biscuit malts. Flavour is nice hops with sweetness and vegetable at the right time bolstered by some good chewy malt. Nice oiliness on the mouth. A very good ISA.
