On tap at Deep Cove Brewery, pours a hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out citrus notes, some banana and clove - more like a German hef on the nose. Flavour is like a hybrid of the two - with notes of banana, citrus, clove and wheat. Very light and refreshing, with a good balance of flavours. Decent wit.

Pours cloudy gold with wonderful head and lacing for a cask beer. Bubblegum and hay though it’s more on the spring grass side of saisons than the rotting leaves of autumn. Finishes with light sourness and a good kick of Belgian yeast. Comes together very well. Cask Days 2013.

On tap. Pours a clear straw color with light head. Aromas of coriander and light yeast. Flavours of coriander, white pepper and citrus. Snappy and refreshing when cold but not much substance.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite gentle on the nose, with some bland hint of English breakfast tea. Flavour is similarly bland, bringing out English breakfast tea notes, along with some yeast ad crackery malt. Very subtle and bland, but well-enough blended. Decent.
