Draft at AdstraGold, Singapore. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of sweet red apples, light woody notes and some tart green apple. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Not a bad cider but I wish the sweetness was a little less.

Cloudy blond color with small head. The aroma is lightly sweet, the flavor is definitively sweet; it’s probably juice just slightly fermented, maybe 1 or 2% ABV; it reminds me of the cider for children that I used to drink as a kid at Christmas in Northern Italy, but this one has a light yeast touch too. It’s still easier to drink than the beers of AdstraGold.
