Bottled, from Mt. Faber Steakhouse & Brewery, Singapore Black, minimal head.Aroma of molasses with some lemon. Dryish with light body ansd clean, hard mouthfeel. Lemon, licorice and molasses before a metallic finish. Very sharp and primitive, sporting a slight infection.

Keg at Mt Faber Steakhouse & Brewery, Singapore. Clear deep golden, creamy head. Oaky vanilla dominates the nose. Mid sweet some tartness, light body with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Vanilla and funky apple juice. Straightforward. Custard is what remains in the finish.

Keg at Mt Faber Steakhouse & Brewery, Singapore. Dark brown, rich creamy head. Distinct oaky vanilla aroma. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Coffee backed with vanilla, notes of tin. Long bitter finish. Oak seems to have mellowed the beers, removing the sharpest edges.

Keg at Mt Faber Steakhouse & Brewery, Singapore. Almost clear pale golden, brief head. Somewhat funky, mouldy apple aroma. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Mildly funky with some sparkling apple juice and mild apple skin bitterness. Much better than their beers.
