Black colour with tan compact head. The aroma is roasty, some burnt bread. The mouthfeel is very dry, light minty feeling, almost toothpaste, it just got the bitter character from the zest, and the lactose, that could have saved the day here, is unfortunately not noticeable. Aggressive.

Draft - Dank citrus. Murky yellow with a decent with head. Dank, peel and citrus with a touch of vanilla. Nice.

Taster at Darby's Gastown. Pours a clody blonde with a white head. Aroma is orange zest, very fresh. Taste is similar with lots of zest, some slight vanilla and lactose. Very fruity. Interesting and unusual.

Taster at Darby's Gastown. Pours a bit hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma is a bit sweet with tropical fruits and some piney hoppy bitterness. Taste is similar with some citrusy notes. Interesting.

On tap at Beere, pours a cloudy peachy pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of fresh pithy strawberries, lacto and subdued funk. Flavour is super refreshing, with lots of fresh strawberries upfront, followed by lacto and light wild yeast. Loads of depth and exceedingly high drinkability. Lovely.
