On tap at St Augustine's, pours a clear bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh grapefruit zest, rustic saison yeast, and a hint of funk. Flavour is bright and citrusy, with plenty of grapefruit, low level sweetness, and a touch of rustic saison yeast. Citrusy, grapefruity, with good balance and expression of the yeast. Good stuff.

Poured from 473mL can. Hazy yellow gold with small white head. Pineapple dominates with a bit of wild yeast. Not much else. Simplistic, but decently tasty.

Pale and hazy. There’s a lot of barrel, tastes like bourbon but maybe been through a few uses already. There’s some nice light bugginess in there as well. Doesn’t go anywhere too unique, but it’s a well balanced beer well worth drinking. Light tannins in the finish and that light barrel note are appealing.

Vibrant cloudy tan colour. Thin head. Piney and a bit weedy. This has a lot of sweet malt, too, nice and bready, and then a bunch of brettanomyces kicks into the finish. The brett and bitterness combine well in the finish as well. Lots to like here.
